IT Mídia 100+ Innovators Award

The 100+ Innovators award was presented to innovators named in a study by IT Mídia, an IT business communications company, in partnership with PwC, one of the largest professional services providers in the world, in the areas of auditing and consulting.This annual study ranks companies in 20 sectors of Brazil’s economy.

Verint and its Customer Experience Program were profiled for the methodology the company uses to capture, analyze and act on customer feedback, assessments and suggestions—all for the purpose of enhancing customer engagement and experiences, and developing customers for life.
